Noise cancellation
for your brain

TiniAid is a research-shaped ADHD focus app on iPhone and iPad, designed for people with ADHD, AuDHD, autism, and other neurodivergent people who want to control their stimulation levels using sound-based support for attention and regulation.

It helps you make customized, structured, techno-inspired sound environments instead of relying on timers, streaks, white noise, or unmanaged playlists, allowing your brain to settle into attention with less pressure through the regulating effect of these sounds.

TiniAid - Focus for ADHD

A different approach to managing ADHD

TiniAid provides a totally different way to manage ADHD, through auditory anchors designed around the attention needs of neurodivergent minds. It is built specifically for people who want sound-based focus support rather than rigid task managers, checklists, or habit trackers.

Designed for Regulation

A sound-first environment built around stimulation control, entirely free from rigid timers, streaks, or gamified pressure.

Cognitive Anchoring

Uses carefully designed, techno-inspired acoustic structures that act as a predictable background anchor for active or easily distracted minds.

Frictionless Support

Get straight to focus with highly adjustable sound setups that respect your mental and energy levels.

Research behind it

Based on research into sound and attention

Our design philosophy is rooted in cognitive research exploring how sound structures can support executive function. Rather than making clinical claims, we translate these insights into a highly intuitive, sound environment.

  • The Silence Paradox: In under-stimulating environments, a neurodivergent mind often generates its own internal distractions. Specially composed structured music provides a gentle, external auditory canvas to quiet this mental noise.
  • Rhythmic Anchoring: Repetitive, synced beats serve as a continuous cognitive track, making it easier to gently resume focus after a brief interruption.
  • Active Auditory Flow: Volume modulation and frequency shaping sustain attention over longer sessions without the fatigue or sensory adaptation of flat white noise.

Lived Experience

Designed by a someone with ADHD, for other ADHD minds.

TiniAid was created by me, a neurodivergent designer, researcher and builder, who wanted to make ADHD support more accessible, practical, and less shame-inducing.

A Better Alternative

Beyond basic white noise and generic music.

Traditional tools often add to sensory overload or fail to provide enough cognitive engagement. TiniAid occupies the perfect middle ground:

  • Adaptive Stimulus: Instead of a static, unengaging hum, TiniAid uses multi-layered acoustic zones that you can adjust to your current energy level.
  • Lyric-Free Continuity: Unlike music playlists, our soundscapes are entirely instrumental, rhythmically predictable, and free from sudden transitions or vocals.
  • Intent-First Flow: We replace guilt-inducing notifications with continuous, open-ended focus sessions that let you decide when a session starts and ends.
