END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. Acknowledgement
This EULA is concluded between you and TiniAid, not Apple Inc. TiniAid, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.
This EULA does not override Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions, which you acknowledge you have reviewed.
2. Scope of License
TiniAid grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Usage Rules.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or modify the application except as permitted by law.
3. Maintenance and Support
TiniAid is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Licensed Application. Apple has no obligation to provide support services.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
The Licensed Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, TiniAid disclaims all warranties.
If the application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, Apple may refund the purchase price (if applicable). Apple has no further warranty obligations.
5. Product Claims
TiniAid, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the application, including legal compliance, privacy, and HealthKit usage, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Intellectual Property
TiniAid is solely responsible for resolving any third-party intellectual property claims related to the application.
7. Proprietary Audio Content and Music License
1. Ownership of Content
All music soundtracks, audio loops, sound effects, and musical compositions (collectively, the "Audio Content") used within the TiniAid application are the exclusive intellectual property of Sohum Manchanda (the "Developer"). The Audio Content is protected by international copyright laws and treaties. While some components may utilize licensed samples, the unique arrangement, production, and final master recordings are owned solely by the Developer.
2. Limited Use License
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to listen to the Audio Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use within the TiniAid application. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Audio Content.
3. Prohibited Activities and Anti-Piracy
You are strictly prohibited from, and agree not to:
- Extract or "Rip": Attempt to extract, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise remove the Audio Content from the TiniAid application files or memory.
- Unauthorized Distribution: Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, broadcast, or publicly perform the Audio Content on any third-party platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, TikTok, or Instagram.
- Derivative Works: Modify, remix, or create derivative musical works based on the Audio Content.
4. Digital Identification and Monitoring
Notice is hereby given that the Audio Content is digitally fingerprinted and registered with global rights administration databases (including but not limited to Audible Magic and Meta Rights Manager). Any unauthorized upload of this Audio Content to social media or streaming platforms will be automatically detected and flagged.
5. Enforcement and Legal Action
Sohum Manchanda reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any individual or entity that violates these terms. Unauthorized distribution or extraction of the Audio Content constitutes copyright infringement, which may lead to civil and criminal penalties, including statutory damages. Any breach of this section will result in the immediate and automatic termination of your right to use TiniAid.
8. Copyright and Trademark Notice
The design, sound assets, and content of this app are copyrighted and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission. TiniAid™ is a registered trademark of Sohum Manchanda. © 2026. All rights reserved.
9. Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction subject to U.S. embargoes and are not on restricted party lists. You agree to comply with all applicable laws.

11. Third-Party Terms
Use of the application may be subject to third-party terms, including Apple’s terms and service agreements required for functionality.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it.
PRIVACY POLICY
13. Introduction
TiniAid is designed with a privacy-first philosophy. We do not sell personal data, run advertising, build user profiles, or track users across apps or websites.
This policy explains what limited data is processed and why.
14. Data We Collect
A. Local & iCloud-Stored Data (User-Controlled)
Stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account:
- Focus session duration
- Selected mood and sound configurations
- Productivity ratings
- App preferences and settings
This data remains under your control and is never accessed by TiniAid servers.
B. Anonymous Usage & Diagnostic Data
To improve the app experience, TiniAid collects anonymous behavioral analytics using PostHog.
This includes:
- App opens and background/foreground usage
- Session completion (non-identifying)
- Feature usage (e.g., layout preference, visualizer usage)
- Aggregated mood and sound effectiveness trends
- Device type, OS version, app version (technical metadata only)
This data does NOT include:
- Names, emails, phone numbers
- Apple ID or iCloud identity
- Exact location or GPS data
- Health data contents
- Advertising identifiers
- Cross-app or cross-site tracking
All analytics are anonymous, aggregated, and used solely to improve the app.
C. Subscription & Purchase Data
TiniAid uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions.
RevenueCat processes:
- Subscription status
- Entitlement state
- Billing issues and renewals
All payments are handled by Apple. TiniAid never stores or accesses payment details.
15. How We Use Data
Data is used strictly to:
- Improve app usability and focus effectiveness
- Understand which features help users focus better
- Maintain subscription access
- Provide optional iCloud sync
- Write mindful minutes to Apple Health (if enabled)
We do not:
- Sell data
- Run ads
- Track users across apps
- Use data for marketing or profiling
16. Storage & Security
- Local storage via SwiftData
- Optional iCloud sync via Apple CloudKit
- Apple-managed encryption at rest and in transit
- Analytics data processed securely by PostHog
- Subscription data handled by RevenueCat
17. Health Data
- Only mindful session duration is written to Apple Health
- No health data is read or exported
- Health access is optional and revocable at any time in iOS Settings
18. In-App Purchases
All purchases are processed by Apple. TiniAid does not store payment information.
19. Children's Privacy
TiniAid does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
20. User Rights & Control
You can:
- View your usage data in-app
- Disable analytics via system settings (where applicable)
- Turn off iCloud sync
- Revoke HealthKit access
- Delete all local data by uninstalling the app
21. Changes to This Policy
This document may be updated to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest revision.
